Fashion: Look Book

Comune Fall 2012

A menswear label situated in that oh-so-sweet spot between overdone and overly-understated, LA-based Comune consistently gets it right. The creatives behind the brand recently teased their expanded, Fall 2012 collection with a video that features a number of their core musts for the season–including heavy flannels, raw denim and oil-coated wool peacoats with “subtle and smart” details–and new Premium offerings, like imported-leather boots, handmade knits and Japanese shirts cut and sewn in the US. Thanks to promises of shawl-collar sweaters, leather outerwear, hunting-influenced fleece jackets and heavy-canvas parkas, the full lineup is set to be just as post-worthy; be sure to check back for the yet-to-be-released lookbook.
