Q: How long has Skinny Love been around? Why did you start your blog?

A: Skinny Love has been around since August 2008. I started my blog because I had so many pictures that I wanted to share with everybody!

Q: Who does the photography for your blog? What inspires the concepts for each photo?

A: I take most of the pictures myself! Sometimes my boyfriend helps me but he hates to take pictures, he gets so emotional when I ask him to, so I bought myself a tripod. Best buy ever!

Q: How has your style evolved since you started SpongeShoe?

A: I don’t think that my style changed so much. But the whole concept of my blog changed from a typical fashion blog with outfit pictures to weekly updates about my life.

Q: What is your biggest vice?

A: Oh gosh, I have so many. But the biggest: Pepsi.

Q: What blogs can you not go a day without reading?

A:Linniiie, stylorectic and livingdoll

Q: Who are your favorite designers? How do they influence your personal style?

A: I love Betsey Johnson. I dress very feminine, many of my outfits are considered “over the top” and embellished just like Betsey’s designs!

Q: When not blogging, what do you do? What are your hobbies? Do you have a day job?

A: I have a full time job right now. I will start to study Marketing and Finance this coming autumn. When I am not blogging I’m most likely taking pictures, reading or stalking my poor boyfriend. He loves it.

Q: What are you currently coveting?

A: Givenchy wedges!

Q: Are you a natural blond?

A: Yes I am!!! But I bleach my hair from time to time, platinum is so hot right now!

Q: If you can have any super power, what would it be and why?

A: I would like to drive a bus. Maybe not as cool as flying but because I suck at driving it seems like a super power to me.

Q: What’s your best advice for aspiring fashion bloggers?

A: Try to take good pictures, be yourself and have fun!
