Revealed by many a designer for FW10, I am loving the look of mixed textures—dubbed “mixed media” by some. One designer who did it masterfully was Peter Som—in fact, his collection was one of my favorites; I became more entranced as each new outfit made its way down the runway. Consisting of a graphic pencil skirt, a boldly-colored-and-printed blouse, a belted sweater and a purple Mongolian lamb vest, his sixth look is the epitome of a complete fall look. The added tights; two-tone, lace-up boots and deep plum lip? Perfection!
