Velvet Cigarette is my new obsession. Made up of spiked accessories, sky-high booties, snow leopard leggings and a deep-V swimsuit, she first earned my love with this killer look. If Whitesnake were still making hot music, I’d want to be the girl in their next video—on the hood of the car, wearing this outfit.
