We Are Stalking
The Glamourai

The Glamourai, first brought to my attention by fellow fashion blogger Raych Nguyen, quickly became part of my daily routine of stalking fashion and design blogs. New York-based Kelly Framel, the face and creator of the The Glamourai, glitters her site with inspiring photos–ranging from self-styled vintage outfits to fashion editorials past and present. But my favorite and the most unique part of her site is the eccentric, beautiful handmade jewelry collection featured, created by The Glamourai herself.
Kelly’s current collection of rings and necklaces, which can be purchased on Etsy, are as beautiful as they are price-conscious–including large metal necklaces generous in size and layers. My personal favorite is the white crystal and silver necklace made for a fan’s wedding; it’s not too often brides choose something besides delicate diamond pieces to accent their wedding gowns.
Aside from her own collection sold on Etsy, Kelly designs for Shrimpton Couture–a site for vintage, reworked and handmade clothing and accessories. There, you can find additional jewelry pieces designed by Kelly–made from reworked vintage pieces, specifically for the site. Or, if you’re looking to add your own touch to one of Kelly’s designs, custom-made jewelry is another option. I highly recommend checking out each of the three sites; you’ll find something different each time.
