By now, we’re all white-knuckling it–waiting in heated anticipation for Sex and the City 2. The trailers have been teasing us with tempting fashions (would we expect anything less?) for weeks, but we have to wait all the way until Memorial Day weekend to get our fix. So, here’s something to satisfy your SATC craving: Sarah Jessica Parker has been spotted wearing this intricate square necklace multiple times on set, as well as in the pubicity image used in the movie’s poster. I can’t help but wonder…will this necklace be to the sequel what the Dior heel was to the first movie?

The designer of the radiant necklace is Solange Azagury-Partridge. An 18ct blockened white gold piece with diamond, emerald, sapphire, ruby and fire opal jewels, the piece is so Carrie. It’s also nearly $200,000. Yikes!

Azagury-Partridge’s line is inspired by the cosmos, occult and mathematics. One of my favorite pieces is called “Witchy”, a geometric white gold and diamond ring. I love her take on the occult–more magical and fantastical than dark and scary.

You can feel that Azagury-Partridge throws every fiber of her being into her work. And, a multi-faceted woman, her line features 13 different collections. Every single piece is a work of art. Seriously; the Louvre and the Victoria and Albert Museum have acquired her work for their collections. It’s fit for a queen…or for Carrie Bradshaw. Same thing.
